Mr. Al-Kharafi serves as Chairman of the Board, bringing decades of strategic leadership across diversified sectors in the Middle East and North Africa. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Mohamed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons Group, one of the region’s most prominent and long-standing conglomerates.
In addition, Mr. Al-Kharafi holds several key leadership positions, including Chairman of International Pipe Industries Co., Chairman of EMAK for Hotels and Tourism Development Co., and Vice Chairman of MAK Holding for Investment Co., all part of the Group’s diversified investments in Egypt. He previously served as Chairman of Al-Mal Investment and Vice Chairman of Kuwait Pipe Industries and Oil Services Co.
Beyond his corporate leadership, Mr. Al-Kharafi is the founder of a legal practice and a member of the Kuwaiti Lawyers Association, reflecting his deep commitment to governance, ethics, and professional excellence.

Mr. Al-Alfi is one of Egypt’s leading executives in the field of food products and grain commodities. He is the Managing Director of Cairo Poultry Company (CPC) and also holds several other leadership positions, including Chairman & Managing Director of Cairo Feed Company, Managing Director of Cairo Poultry Processing Company (Koki), and Chairman of Eastern Company for Economic Development.
He is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AmCham), the AKH-German Chamber of Commerce, the Egyptian Junior Businessmen Association (EJB), and the Egyptian Poultry Association (EPA).

Mr. Rokk has served as Chief Executive Officer of Valmore Holding since 2024, bringing over 25 years of international leadership experience across energy, infrastructure, and M&A.
Prior to joining Valmore, Mr. Rokk was Chief Operating Officer of South Tees Development Company (UK) and held senior executive positions at Interserve, Bilfinger, and Enron, driving operational excellence and strategic growth across multiple sectors.

His Excellency Sheikh Al-Sabah is currently Group Vice Chairman at Action Group Holdings Company (KSCC) in Kuwait, Founder of Action Real Estate Company (AREC), and Chairman of Action Hotels W.L.L.
He holds several other key positions, including Founding Chairman of Al Qurain Petrochemical Industries Company KSC, Chairman of the Kuwait-Austria Business and Friendship Association (KABFA), and Board Member of Equate Petrochemicals Company. Previously, Mr. Al-Kharafi served as Chairman of Gulf North Africa Holding Company and as a Board Member of the National Bank of Kuwait, the Industrial Bank of Kuwait, and Asia Capital Investments Company. He also held the role of Vice Chairman at Heavy Engineering Industries and Shipbuilding Co.

Ms. Al-Kharafi is a distinguished business leader and humanitarian with extensive experience across investment, technology, and social development. She serves as General Manager of Gulf National Holding Company, Chief Executive Officer of Envision Tech Information Technology & Services, and Chair of Instant Access for Sales and Rental of Construction Equipment in Kuwait.
Ms. Al-Kharafi has long been engaged with His Majesty King Charles III’s Charitable Foundation (formerly The Prince of Wales’s Charitable Foundation), where she serves as Ambassador in the Middle East and Chairman of the Board of Advisors for Traditional Arts under The King’s Trust (formerly The Prince’s Trust).
Her humanitarian and cultural contributions have been recognized internationally, earning her the Humanitarian Achievement Award and the Women’s Leadership Award, presented by Her Royal Highness Princess Haya Al-Makhtoum of Dubai.

Mr. Hussein is the Chief Executive Officer of Al-Khair National for Stocks and Real Estate Co., the investment arm of the Al-Kharafi Group in Kuwait. With over three decades of experience across investments, infrastructure, and financial services, he has led and structured multi-billion-dollar transactions spanning food and beverage, telecommunications, industrials, real estate, and investment companies. His leadership has included complex debt restructurings that strengthened the Group’s capital position and long-term financial resilience.
Mr. Hussein has also driven governance reforms across portfolio companies, enhancing board oversight, financial discipline, and sustainable value creation.
He serves as Vice Chairman of Gulf Cement Company in the UAE and Vice Chairman of Bawabet Al Kuwait Holding Co. and sits on the boards of Valmore subsidiaries including Alexandria Fertilizers, Sprea Chemicals & Plastics, NileWood, Endolys, and EKACOM, where he plays a key role in financial strategy, performance oversight, and stakeholder relations.

Eng. Kamal is a former Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of Egypt and currently serves as Chairman or Vice Chairman of several companies in energy, petrochemicals, and industrial development. He has over 43 years of experience in managing projects, companies, and resources across the oil, gas, petrochemicals, energy, water treatment, and mining sectors.
Eng. Kamal also chairs the Energy, Environment, and Workforce Committee in the Egyptian Senate and has held leadership roles in professional engineering and industry organizations.

Mr. Abaza is the Chairman of the Arab Cotton Ginning Co. and CEO of Modern Nile Cotton Company, demonstrating influential leadership in Egypt’s cotton industry. He also serves as President of the Cotton Exporters Association, contributing to international trade, and is a Board Member of the Egyptian General Authority for Investments.
Notably, Mr. Abaza served as Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation for the Arab Republic of Egypt from 2006 to 2011, playing a key role in shaping national agricultural policies and development initiatives.

Eng. Mekawi is an accomplished senior corporate executive with over 30 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He has held leadership roles including Regional President of BP North Africa and BP Egypt, overseeing operations across multiple countries and leading major business transformations.
Eng. Mekawi currently serves on the boards of Capricorn Energy (UK), Egypt's Sovereign Infrastructure & Utilities Sub-Fund, Oppener Venture Capital, Solariz Egypt Holding Company, and Orange Egypt. He has also been a board member of Telecom Egypt, Arab Contractors, and Injaz Egypt.

Mr. Sobhy is Deputy CEO of eFinance Investment Group, a publicly listed leader in financial technology and infrastructure, where he drives the company’s growth and investment strategy.
He previously served as Chief Investment Officer at Banque Misr, managing a diversified portfolio exceeding USD 3.5 billion. Mr. Sobhy has extensive experience in investment banking and M&A, having led transactions across the UK, US, and Egypt.
He serves as a Non-Executive Board Member at Misr Capital S.A.E.

Mr. Al-Alfi is an investment professional, entrepreneur, and Co-Founder of Alpha Capital (AC), an independent asset management firm established in Egypt in 2009. He led the firm’s expansion to USD 500 million in assets under management (AUM) before executing a successful exit in 2017.
He began his career at EFG Hermes, where he held several key roles before being appointed Vice President, overseeing $1 billion in local mandates and $200 million in regional funds.

Mr. Al-Alfi currently serves on the boards of the ALALFI Foundation for Human and Social Development and the Eastern Company for Economic Development. He is also an active venture capital investor, with board roles at Evolve, a precious metals trading platform, and Bequest Holding, an alternative energy solutions provider.

He holds a BSc in Economics from Franklin Pierce University and an Executive MBA from INSEAD, France.

Ms. Massoud is a macroeconomist and public policy expert with over 25 years of experience in economic policy, international development, and financial markets. She is currently a Partner at INVIA RBF Venture Capital SAE, a platform supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
She most recently served as Senior Economic Advisor at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Prior to that, she served as Advisor to the Minister of Planning and Economic Development and Head of the Macroeconomics and Policy Unit, where she led Egypt’s National Structural Reform Program and coordinated the design and implementation of inclusive and sustainable growth policies in collaboration with the OECD.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Massoud served as an Economic Advisor at The American University in Cairo, co-founded IT Labs Andromeda Solutions, and held senior economist roles at the Egyptian Center for Economic Studies.
Ms. Massoud currently serves on the board of eFinance Investment Group and has held several Cabinet-level committee roles, including the Monetary and Fiscal Policy Coordination Committee and the External Debt Committee. She has also served on the boards of institutions affiliated with the Islamic Development Bank Group.
She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Reading and an MA and BA in Economics from Cairo University.
